Classes are open and accessible to all, but if you are dealing with any serious medical conditions you must let me know. If you have no experience of yoga you will receive close attention and be supported. Students with more experience will be encouraged to deepen their practice.
Money should not get in the way of you practicing yoga with me. If you are serious about beginning a practice but cannot afford my class fee, please get in touch with me to arrange a reduced rate.
Using a combination of traditional postures, breathing techniques and meditation you will begin to explore the benefits a yoga practice offers.
These benefits are different for everybody, and vary from class to class, ensuring your practice keeps progressing.
